Leviticus 27:28-30

²⁸ Anything that a man shall devote to the Lord from all that he has, whether human, animal, or land, shall not be sold or redeemed. Every devoted thing is most holy to the Lord.

²⁹ No one devoted of men, who shall be doomed to death, shall be redeemed; he shall surely be put to death.

³⁰ Any tithe of the land, whether seed of the land or fruit of the trees, belongs to the Lord. It is holy to the Lord.
